Evermore Refund Policy
What the one-time Evermore activation fee pays for and how refund requests are handled.
1. What the activation fee covers
The Evermore activation fee is a one-time payment for access to the platform and its digital learning content according to the package selected. Nigerian users currently see ₦7,000 and ₦14,000 options; international pricing is displayed at checkout.
2. Digital access is delivered immediately
Because activation unlocks digital access, learning material and ecosystem features as soon as payment is confirmed, the fee is generally non-refundable once access has been granted and platform content has been made available to the account.
3. When a refund may be considered
A refund request may be reviewed where a duplicate payment was made for the same account, where a payment was charged but access was never granted, or where a technical failure prevented activation and could not be resolved by support.
4. What is not refundable
Activation fees are not refunded on the basis of expected earnings. Access payment is not a guaranteed income promise, and reward amounts depend on published activity rules, availability and eligibility.
5. How to request a review
Contact Evermore support through the official channels on evermoreplatforms.com.ng with your registered email, payment reference and the date of payment. Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
6. Unofficial payments
Evermore cannot refund money sent to an individual, a cloned website or any unofficial payment link. Always activate through the official Evermore checkout flow.
